In short: Bonita Springs is the southern end of Lee County, around 45 minutes from Cape Coral, and we cover it for installs, repairs and cleaning. Gutter cleaning on a single-story home runs about $125–$250 and seamless 6" about $8–$13 per foot, as estimates.

Salt air and aluminum
Close to the Gulf, salt in the air corrodes steel gutters, fasteners and cheap hangers within a few years. We use aluminum gutters with stainless or coated screws and aluminum hangers, so nothing in the system rusts and streaks the stucco. On homes nearest the beach, we look at existing gutters for white corrosion at the seams, a sign they won’t last much longer.
Along the Imperial River
Older Bonita neighborhoods along the Imperial River flooded in Hurricane Irma and again in Ian. Homes there are often on lower ground with older gutters and heavy tree cover. Downspouts and drainage that move roof water toward the street or a swale instead of toward the house make a real difference after a long run of summer rain.
Seasonal homes
Many Bonita homes are empty part of the year. Gutters that clog over the summer while the owners are away overflow every afternoon storm with nobody there to notice. A cleaning booked for late spring, with photos sent to you, keeps that from turning into stained walls or a soaked lanai.
Coastal communities and tall homes
Closer to Bonita Beach and in the newer communities off Bonita Beach Road and Terry Street, homes are often raised or two stories to meet flood elevations, with long, high runs of gutter over garages and lanais. Those need hangers closer together, larger downspouts and careful ladder work on stucco. We quote the extra setup openly rather than burying it.
What we see most in Bonita
- Corroded steel gutters and rusting fasteners near the water.
- Gutters overflowing because a single downspout drains a two-story roof.
- Older homes inland with oak debris and no guards.
- Storm-bent runs still waiting to be replaced after the last hurricane.
