- At the visit we measure every run, check the fascia and look at where the water drains.
- You get a written, itemized price. Nothing is scheduled until you say yes.
- Install day is booked around the weather and your calendar.
Helpful to mention when you call
- Whether the house is one or two stories, and the roof type.
- Which walls have gutters now, if any.
- Any leaks, overflow spots or storm damage you’ve noticed.
- HOA color rules, if your community has them.
